Operational health of the Backlight App Template backend.

Live monitoring

Availability and latency are measured continuously by Google Cloud Monitoring uptime checks from European regions, against the production /health endpoint.

Service-level objectives

Availability target: 99.0% (rolling 30 days). Latency target: p95 < 1s (rolling 30 days). The exported Cloud Monitoring SLO data is the sole source of truth for SLA compliance — see wiki/SLA.md.

Compliance evidence

SLO measurements are recorded internally in Google Cloud Monitoring and provided to customers on request as part of the SLA reporting cycle. Real-time public dashboards are not exposed — the SLA contract itself is the binding artefact.
